Gemma moved from the UK to Australia 15 years ago and has lived in Adelaide for the past 2 years. Gemma commenced working at the Breast and Endocrine Centre in May 2021 after working as a Practice Manager of GP practices in Adelaide and Hobart. Prior to this Gemma worked for the Northern Territory Department of Health for 9 years in various health management roles including MDT Coordinator at the Alan Walker Cancer Care Centre, Theatre Scheduler and Manager of the Lorraine Brennan Self-care Centre within the Royal Darwin Hospital. Gemma has also worked as Change Manager for a large IT project which gave her the opportunity to visit and work at the four other Northern Territory hospitals and many remote indigenous communities. Gemma has a personal interest in cancer services and strives to provide a high level of customer focused support
