Michelle spent her years prior to nursing, working the South Australian Ambulance Service as an Emergency Medical Dispatch Officer. She completed her Bachelor of Nursing at Flinders University and went on to work in respiratory and emergency medicine. She has spent the majority of her nursing career working with surgical and medical patients at the Burnside War Memorial Hospital. As a relatively newly appointed breast care nurse in the Breast and Endocrine Centre, Michelle endeavours to provide women and their families with invaluable physical, psychological and emotional support from the time of diagnosis and throughout treatment. Michelle enhances our team with her warmth and compassion and bubbly personality.

If you or someone living with you have returned from overseas or interstate in the past 14 days and are required to self-isolate, or are COVID-19 positive or awaiting results of testing, please do not attend the clinic. Please reschedule your appointment.
If you are unwell in any way but particularly have a cough, sore throat, temperature, shortness of breath, please do not attend the clinic. Please reschedule you appointment.
Due to physical distancing measures if you have a new diagnosis of cancer, a disability, or require support we are sensitive to your needs and a support person can attend with you. You will be asked screening questions prior to arrival or upon arrival. You will also be temperature tested upon arrival. Otherwise, all patients please attend on their own.
